scrolling feels awkward and clunky. most of the fitted women's tops are cropped and you can't really filter the crop tops out. for the prices it's disappointing how many of the items are polyester both for the environment and quality. Popular items and item colors will be discontinued for seemingly no reason. The app itself is ok but these things could be improved.

Urban Outfitters won't publish any negative comments on bad clothing. Got an email saying my review was published on the awful Billie Eilish shirts I got, it's been a week and you can't see it on the app. UO app is very deceiving and has no in-app help.

Good luck finding anything to complete your free $50 shipping. Items are constantly out of stock. Sales are constantly fluctuating, making you feel like you got ripped off and refunds for returns take FOREVER. starting to not even want to shop here. Disappointing AF.
