Waste of time to play this on your smartphone. The game just keeps getting bigger and bigger with every update and is actually more suited for devices with more space than is generally available on your phone. Even on the lowest quality settings it will still have lots of lag and crashes during playing which makes the game generally unplayable actually.

Made a purchase when my wifi connection dropped. Could not find the items after restarting. My purchase was successful. Contacten support and their reaction was fast and very polite. They confirmed the payment and that the item are delivered. They pointed me to the right location. Noob panic! Game is gorgeous and fun, but support and trustworthiness are just as important.

This game used to be great, even the gacha was tolerable and not absurd. In recent years, it was acquired by another company and quickly had the damage system reduced for simplicity. Unfortunately, most of the late game content was not balanced and even maxed characters can't beat it, if you can even get one. Instead of fixing it, the devs simply dropped it and didn't even roll back the changes. Now the game feels like a shell of itself, a relic of what could've been.
