All applications will be processed within a secured administrative panel at INVIA centralized office. This reform will convert the manual and time consuming documentation processing into a robust online process via digital technology.

Invea Team, Thanks for your service for real. This must be amazing in the eyes of every grateful citizen. I have to admit that I had a pleasant experience with you. Applicants, Regarding the time, it took my passport to get renewed and came in my a month and 23 days. That was from 27th of June to 20th of August, 2024. Yes. I was expecting it to come earlier, but I was still fine with it. That was fair wait time though. The team must be struggling with a lot of applications. Nabad galyo dhammaan!

My Origin ID came in less than three weeks. Very quickly. Price seems expensive. No fingerprint is required. Just put my birth certificate in place of that. It worked out. THANK YOU!

The app is fully functional, but the process for required documents is outdated (for example, the yellow card process no longer requires fingerprint uploads). The weakest aspect is the customer support, which is not integrated into the app. Instead, you must either send an email to their support address or contact them via WhatsApp, where their response time is often slow.
