Was great when I first got it in 2021 loved the burn and the workouts. Now it's the same old videos and always trying to upsell. On top of that I can no longer order supplements on the app. I get all the way to the end and says it's ordered but never does and only shows up as my last order in June. Very frustrating as a long time member and user. Also if I try to order online not from the app when I click on the burn it takes me straight to Amazon. Unfortunately I am done dealing with vshred.

I have been unable to log into this app for months. I tried everything, including password reset instructions. Guess, it never sends me the reset email message! I know my email is correct, because of course I got all the initial messages confirming my account and messages from Vince. I've had the account over a year and understand what the problem is. I can't tell you how disappointed I am.

This app has helped my physical and mental health. I would and do recommend it to anyone who notices my gains. The false advertisement emails do get annoying and everything is "free" until its not. I feel this is normal for any app on the internet. Love the format
