With bluetooth active on the phone, wifi connections take over 12 seconds... really bad Because it's one app for both the Pulsar and the Pulsar Pluys (the latter has wifi) the app always tries to connect via bluetooth first. This creates incredible delays. There should be either a setting for Pulsar Plus, not to use BT (only when set manually to find a new device) or an app that "understands" that when a pulsar plus is connected via wifi, this connections has priority

I do like the Wallbox Pulsar Plus, it looks good, is small than most other devices. I specifically bought the Pulsar Plus as it has built-in WiFi to make sure I can connects to it from anywhere. It turns out that the Wallbox App is designed such that it always first connects over Bluetooth before it tried to fallback to WiFi. As a result you will see 20s delays connecting the app when out of Bluetooth range. Bluetooth off and ignoring the error is the only way for the app to connect fast.

Thank you for your comments, we are fully aware of this and it takes 10 seconds to reconnect via Wifi indeed. In this case if your bluetooth is activated, the app will always try to connect via bluetooth by default. In order to avoid this to happen, please disable the bluetooth connection. Just updated the software, and now it says "waiting for charge request" while the battery is half empty. Good grief, such badly tested software! To stop it using Bluetooth I need to switch to BT? Super annoying app! Session info is useless. Does not tell us when it started charging or when it stopped. Session duration info is complete nonsense, for example I've just forced it to start charging, but the session says it's already at 11 hours. What does that even mean or count? When it is plugged?

We are sorry to read that you are having issues with your charger. Session info indicates when the EV gun is plugged in and unplugged (it doesn't need to be charging), and also the charging time. For the bluetooth issue, could you send details of what you are experiencing to our Technical Support with the Wallbox App>Profile>Help
