Got the watch for Christmas can't even set up the app I start to put in my email and it goes white and then kicks me out of the app every time I try to go back in the app it kicks me back out. I have looked up to make sure that my phone is compatible I have shut my phone off and turn it back on. I have made sure everything is connected and the way it should be and I've tried to downloading the app and loading it back up nothing works

Update 12/13/24 - back to 5 stars! I stopped using the watch for awhile because of the issues below. Recently put it back on and am VERY happy with the updates, especially the huge update to the sleep tracker. Update 08/19/24 - no longer impressed with app or watch. A few days ago it stopped accurately tracking steps, skipping tracking multiple nights sleep and yesterday had to un-pair then re-pair the watch to get the app to update. Hopefully theres an update asap.

Until lately I would have given a higher rating. Easy to use, does everything I want well, very reasonably priced, all round decent smart watch app.... But then lately It started losing connection with the watch, no matter what I do. Very frustrating. I've sent an email report this. If they can fix, it would become usable again.
