Personally, I think that 4.2 avg score is based on WeTransfer app. Now we have the Collect app, and I don't even understand what it tries to do. Mood Boards? Why? Don't want mood boards, don't want my transfer app to do anthing else, just select files, add email, and a <send> button. I can see that this Collect is hip and happening, but please do also have WeTransfer Classic available in playstore.

All you need to do is go to wetransfer.com on your devices web browser to enjoy the classic transferring experience :)

The Android version straight up doesn't work compared to the iOS version. If you open a WeTransfer link on iOS it will open in the collect app and then you can select which files you actually want to keep on your device. On Android if you open a WeTransfer link it just redirects you to the browser and you have to download the entire zip. But then what is the point of this app to begin with?

I'm disappointed with how WeTransfer has tried to re-market itself. The simplicity is what made it so attractive. If WeTransfer wanted to do this whole mood-board thingie, they could have made a second app instead of getting rid of the first one. All I want is an app that let's me do the same thing the WeTransfer website does: easely sellect and send files. That's it. No picking out pictures and video's one-by-one and all that hopeless stuff. Any tips as to an app that does this are welcome.

Thanks so much for this feedback, and I am sorry the new app is not to your liking. Please know, you can always use WeTransfer.com on your mobile browser. That mimics the experience of the old app, and you can even add a link to the site on your home screen, just like with the old app :)
