Subject: Image File Format Issue I am encountering an issue when sharing images. Whenever I share images from the gallery or as attachments, the files are being sent in the "BIN" format. This is problematic as the recipients are unable to open these files in a standard image viewer. I have confirmed that the original images are saved in a common format, such as JPEG or PNG. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue and ensure that shared images are sent in their original format!

Indeed, this BW is trying in their own way and I give kudos to them as well 👍🏻. But the challenges am having with them is that, when someone post on their status, it cannot been seen first but rather,it comes in-between the previous posts made by other people which is really really not impressive and encouraging.. Secondly, it takes a whole lot of time to backup your messages and the quality of pictures especially videos when posted, is not always bright which is also not good as well. Thnx.

I just want to point out this error: when a voice note is sent, WhatsApp Business will indicate through the message info that the it has been received, seen, and played whereas it is not always true. That error always misinforms the sender of the message about the recipient's attitude towards the message. Please, correct it. Thanks!
