Edit: Spoke to soon. The same issues that you have with any free wallpaper app. The live wallpapers become static for some reason. They have a decent amount of free content but the fact that 2 live wallpapers have stopped working doesn't leave me with much faith in purchasing the premium edition.

I think it is "OK" app, but it was extremely slow.After exploring a while, it only shows few thumbnail, even when I selected some of the works, it took almost 1 minute to download 500kb preview. I tested my network connection and found no issues. Because I have unlimited & faster data, i don't use Wifi at all (if your app avoid data, like some apps do), if that can be a reason, or your servers are slow.
