My recent experiences have resulted in a lowered rating. In the attempt to mimic other apps has been at the consumers expense. Any discount offers arent worth the trouble. The sizing has changed and no longer depicts reality. Overall, using the app has become aggravating to say the least. Not to mention they're non-returnable items can be very expensive. Always read the fine print before you buy!!!

Lost packages, if you order and the tracking info says delivered but you can't find your package anywhere forget about your items or your money, I've contacted shein, ups and PayPal to get my money back and the 3 of them send you to each other to shift the responsibility. I've been a shein customer for the last 3 years, now I won't ever be ordering anything else. Update 2024 2 more bad experiences this year. They don't refund your money for returns. Deleting this app.

App looked fine, I like the recommendations it gives you. I find the wheel spin games dishonest and pointless, degrades the authenticity to Temu's level, please remove it. The GUI needs to be less decorated and more minimalistic, it is a mess and makes the app slow. However, the complaint that gives it 1 star is that it simply won't let me create an account or login. "The current service is not available, please try again later" PLEASE HELP. I've tried everything else.
