With the Card of my heart application, you always have your health information and that of your loved ones with you.

The content includes medical services used, information about preventive examinations and health programs, laboratory test results, health insurance history, communication with the health insurance company and much more. Data in the application is securely stored and available at any time even in offline mode.

The application is fully functional only for the insured of the Škoda Employees' Insurance Company.

The My Heart Card (KMS) mobile application has very intuitive controls that are in line with the standards used in modern mobile applications.

In the KMS application, the user can clearly save his family and personal history, create his own archive of health documents (medical reports, examination results, etc.), record weight or pressure, or even find the nearest contract health service provider on the map.

The application will be continuously updated.
