not precise, sometimes not updated about redirections, in search results it ignores closest bus stops, the location function doesn't work properly (at least on my device), and you need another application to buy a ticket for the bus, which should be a feature in this app. edit: google maps is way more reliable and user friendly.

In some aspects it's pretty well made, but unfortunately it's too unreliable and lacking. For instance no matter how specific you get (say only showing two bus lines) it still doesn't show them as connecting 90% of the time, even though there are connecting trips. So you end up having to first search for the first bus, and then search for the second bus, and then trying to remember which bus arrives early enough to catch the second one. Also the location function only works once.

Walking speed is a mess. The same setting can result in different journeys shown on different devices and in the browser. It's like the app is trying to be clever in a way that just isn't, because a journey is hidden from a person who can easily make that journey (this is something I have observed). It also makes it hard for one user to help another with journey planning.
