I tried to open an account, provided all data. After one week they couldn't even check/validate my address/data. If this starts from onboarding new customers, then it's clear why app has 3.7 rating on Google. I'm thinking that I don't need such bank. I tried to contact live support via website, i was told that soon account will be checked. It was 3 days ago.

Customer service is remarkably bad. I tried opening an account two times and I keep getting rejected for no reason . All my details and documents are fine, they keep sending a vague template and are not helpful at all. I was thinking to use the metal account but I feel like I dodged a bullet here.

Couldn't close the account through the app. Started to overdraw and wasn't aware because I never used the app. Had to pay a large fee for never using the app after a number of months. Not a great experience and the bank wasn't very understanding despite only making a few transactions and almost never using the account. It's a purely online bank and the chat line is mainly automated and very difficult to get in touch with a real person (until they want money from you).
