What’s more, paywalls and hidden fees aren’t our thing - we’re more ‘discounts and inclusivity’. So, once you’ve signed up, you’ll have access to every feature immediately.
You’ll also only ever get clear and transparent pricing from us. We never mark up charging rates, passing through the rate we receive from the relevant network. This also means we’re able to wrangle some discounted deals - and you can wave goodbye to pre-authorisation fees, as we absorb those too.

- Plunge Pricing discounts = On top of our standard discounts, we’ve rolled out Plunge Pricing: discounts when energy prices drop. Green energy = greener discounts.
- Electroverse map toggle = Switches map visibility between all chargers and those compatible with Electroverse. This means you have all the information when selecting a charger.
- Map filters = Search and find charging stations via charging speeds, socket types and preferred networks.
- Detailed Charger Information = Shows live charger availability, a renewable energy icon to help you charge with 100% green energy, and important location details (such as charging costs and other parking restrictions).
- In-app charging = Charge your vehicle via the app! Simply plug in and tap 'start charge' on your phone.
- Route planner = Energise your drive with plotted charging stops along any route! Makes driving long distances a piece of cake.

I find this app a bit frustrating, it keeps losing the route you've asked for, and it doesn't offer the same routes as Google maps. So a preferred route (say for familiarity) might not be on this app. My recent journeys had 3 routes and electroverse only showed 2. It's also very hard to see where along the route your suggested charges are. End up having to use this, maps, and my cars native nav. Let me set a route and save it as a favourite. :o)

Ideal companion if you have an Octopus account. My biggest gripe though is when displaying favourites it does not sort them by distance from your current location. Additionally I would like to be able to add a charge stop as a waypoint, currently it does not treat it as a charging possibility. Does not link to my preferred navigation app (Magic Earth)

Hey Rick, Thanks for your feedback! Quick update: we've enabled access for Magic Earth, though due to a technical limitation on their side, the route planner isn’t working at the moment. We’ve also added sorting favorites by distance to our to-do list. If you have any more comments, the best way to reach us is by email at [email protected]

App malfunction? The App has refused to let me add a payment card. Added the company card manually and using the card scan option. Approves the payment, App says it failed. Tried again witha. Credit card. Same issue. Tried again with my personal card. Same issue. A friend has the App and uses it, they tried in case I was making a mistake somewhere, same issue. A solution would be great please
