Irrespective of the product I buy, I almost always have a positive experience with Coolblue. It's a very easy, smooth, stress-free process, and their customer service is excellent. I hope that they keep this up!! The app is also easy to use (except while navigating the saved items in the favourites page, at times).

I just deleted this app. It is handy for keeping track of my orders. But it does not allow me to visit customer service on the website. I keep getting redirected to the app, which is not useful. After trying to find a setting to fix the the problem for 45 minutes, it was just easier to delete the app. The two stars is bc I still love Cool Blue overall. I've made several large and small electronics purchases over the years and been very happy with them all. But the app needs work.

Thanks a lot for your feedback (and your love of course!). Customer service integration has been limited but it is something we have been working on, it might be worth checking back in every now and again ;).

Very fluent and clear app! But... I can't order anything, as it doesn't accept my postal code. So destroys the use of a shopping app. Also, even though I have set my account up as a business account with both business name, phone number and vat, I still have to complete all that in the order form.
What's new
We've been working hard on the app. We've made a few small adjustments and improvements to our customer journeys. As a result, it's performing appsolutely better now.
