It takes ages and a ton of trials to connect to the watch and sync the data. The weekly/monthly overviews should show how much you've slept on average per day, I don't get why this isn't included. Also the amount of sleep is often calculated wrong when you've woken up at night. The amount of steps is calculated in a fascinating way - a swim training adds lots of steps. Other than that, happy with the features, although the Polar Beat app is better for outdoor activity (hiking, cycling).

In April 2017, after almost 20 years as a loyal customer of Polar, I had enough of the bad quality of the phone app (no 24 hour system for a while, no sync no matter that I followed all instructions) and of the unhelpful help desk. A pity for a brilliant piece of hardware. Good luck with it Polar, I changed brand. After 2 years of using another brand, I saw reviews of Flow, Beat and the brilliant Polar Vantage watch. I gave it a try and I am impressed. The only untried feature is the support.

Happy with the way the app works but it's not been working properly for a while now. It won't sync unless I open the app and the notifications stop all the time. I have to keep resetting the Bluetooth settings and even after that and restarting both devices (phone and watch) it sometimes won't work. Now uninstalled and reinstalled app, hope that works..
