App is good and has a huge offering. Buyers and sellers are great, I had a good experience with it for years. However, when something goes wrong, there is ZERO service behind it and I have been beyond frustrated with bot answers and no one really understanding the issue to truly help. There is NO way to contact a human either so 3 instead of 5 stars.

While the app is great for buying items, their system to recognize duplicate listings clearly needs improvement. It is extremely frustrating to have them accuse you of posting duplicate listings and warning you might have your account blocked if you do it again when you did not post the same photo on different listings. My recommendation is to make sure to use different backgrounds for similar items, so hopefully their algorithm will not be tricked into thinking it's the same item twice.

Absolutely terrible experience with customer service twice in a row. Two items arrived damaged beyond recognition, one of which was clearly the seller's mistake and he admitted as much in chat. Vinted support then tells me I need to pay to ship it back, which would cost me almost as much as the entire item is worth, even though the seller didn't follow Vinted terms of service. Added on the risk that the seller can just claim it never arrived.
