This must be one of the worst apps ever. Does not allow you to back out of the app to close it, crashes often sending command to appliance forcing you to restart your phone, once you create an account you can't change or delete it as login screen is on a loop, the app layout is confusing and the terms used often don't make sense to a common user, the app does pretty nothing when you choose a programme. Privacy issues as it forces creating an account, registering appliance, purchase date, etc

This app just failed to work on my old phone so tried it on my new one. Still a fail. It crashed in registration and tho the account got activated by email link, it won't recognise the login. Then it got stuck in demo mode and wouldn't get out. Even closing the app made no difference. The only thing to do was uninstall it. You should be shamed by such bad software.

Edit2: still worthless. It's only for a washing machine! Do some testing Devs! Every time I use it you ask me to rate, and still I give 1* and it's still just as bad. Edit: Still a useless app. Not recommended. Slow, rarely works, half baked, pretty useless beyond the use of notifying you when a load has finished in the washing machine. Now has random ads in a random language too. Definitely not buying any future Hoover products based on this experience.
