I wish the controls could be fully customised, rather than only turning on/off subschemes of prearranged button presses. it should be possible to allow a user to decide which gesture does what. as it stands I can only have ANC and play/skip but not volume control as well. Lately takes 5 times longer to connect to playing music than before. Not a huge issue but a sudden downgrade. Why. It also randomly forgot my jbls like four times, forcing me to relink and put all the options back to how I like

The app is useful and has good features, however I often have problems with the app actually recognizing the jbl product I am connected to leading to lots of frustration and using other apps to do what this one does. For example, instead of using the JBL equalizer I find myself using Wavelet instead because it's just more reliable.

In general I really enjoy the earbuds (Reflect Aero), but this app, or the functionality the developers have been forced to put onto the users.....please fk off. Only way to get the "Off" mode in cycle is to put it in through the app. By default it is only ANC and Ambient Aware.....just give me my full battery range by default. And then we have Voice Assistant. It can not be turned off. 2 seconds hold will always try to turn it on. As a developer I hate VA with a passion anand want it OFF!!!!!
