Performance of the app is really poor. Every time closing up because of an error. There is no way to come back and watch a video from where I left. I have started watching many videos, but can't come back to the same, because I don't remember which one I was watching before the app closed up because of an error. This should be a basic feature to have in an app to watch videos.

Editted: Great. The update seems to have done the trick. Good job. Previous: I get the error - "your credentials have expired. Please login again" everytime I try to open a pdf or minimize the app. It then requires me to provide my email ID every time for verification. I restarted the phone, installed the latest android updates but nothing helps. Very frustrating.

I like the concept of this app and somewhat like its functionality but, it glitches and freezes constantly. When I go through modules or chapters, it doesn't save my progress or it freezes and backtracks me out of everything. If I'm listening to something and I close the app and then come back to the app, everything's frozen and nothing works. Then I have to start all over again and find where I was... I use it for the Paramedic Coach. He is amazing! I wish the app did better at supporting him.
