To devs: the app freezes when left in background. So when you reopen it you have a empty screen. (android 14, oneplus 9). Latest version of app 7.41.0. This makes it hard to copy a back account for example from a different app because you can't switch apps because it will freeze. Didn't have issues before the update! Will adjust review when fixed to 5/5 because the rest is really good š
Good morning Robert-jan, thanks for your review. Can you try to delete the app, turn your phone off and on. Download the app again and register with ID or card and scanner? We hope this helps to solve the issue

* After years, landscape mode is still not supported as an accessibility feature * Since a few months, scanning QR codes fails every time * The built-in Contact feature fails to recognise the simplest of queries * After money transfers, the main page and account page do not reflect such changes immediately and need to be reloaded to see those * In the transfer dialog, field positions update after input and make the next touch of the screen land in unreliable positions

I've actually been getting more troubles when opening the app than I used to have. It's highly frustrating to have to open and close it multiple times before I finally can type in my password. If that returns to normal it's a great app tbh. Used it almost every day. *I tried the suggestion and reinstalled the app. That didn't solve the problem for me. :| *Tried it again, following all the steps. I still have the same problem. š

Update: Dank voor het proberen, maar erg jammer dat het nog niet is opgelost. Zou je eens willen bellen met ons via 088-726600? Mijn collega's kunnen het probleem voor je laten uitzoeken bij onze ict-afdeling.
