About this app
Download this free official New Zealand government app and use it to request your NZeTA and pay the IVL. Using the app is the fastest way to request an NZeTA and should take you less than 5 minutes.
You can use the app to scan your passport to upload your details and scan your credit or debit card for ease of payment.
You can request and pay for up to 10 NZeTAs in one transaction for your family or group.

I don't get all the hate from others with this app. Honestly, it worked flawlessly. The passport scan was quick and accurate. The UI very well done. My only complains are 1) no option to upload photo instead of taking picture, as the website version allows, and 2) no final fee overview before paying. I also had to check what ivl fee was because I couldn't understand the high amount paid at the end. More transparency and explanation would be good.

This was Quick and Easy! Thank you NZeTA. I had no trouble using your app. The whole process took me 15 minutes. I’m sorry others are having such difficulty. Based on my pleasant experience with this app, I can hardly wait to experience New Zealand.

Giant waste of my time. Scan 2 passports, take pictures, try to pay small fee and added outrageous "green" fees for a one night stay--- only to have it fail at payment stage. Fail repeatedly. Then it deleted all info, and guess I have to start all over. Good luck with this useless app.
