Lichess is great, but I think the mobile version of the website is friendlier than the app. I was just playing a bullet game (1+0) when the app suddenly threw me back to the home menu. It took me 30 seconds to get back in the game, after which I didn't stand a chance anymore. Never had such problems on the website

This issue of temporary ban is nonsense. I had been waiting to get paired with an opponent but seemed none was available. So when I get tired of waiting and leave the app all of a sudden a player is found (when I've gone offline). To log back in later I find I have been put on time out. The rules on "pleasant chess experience" don't seem to account for the problems beyond a player's control. Please change them or at least look into it so people are not unfairly punished.

I love the app, but I'd like to suggest a function. For the puzzles, it'd be helpful to know how many moves are required for the solve. That might make it too easy so I suggest a hint button similar to the "view solution button" but to tell you how many moves to plan for. Sometimes showing the next move helps, but it can lessen the challenge too much, or it seems unintuitive because there's a series of 5 moves to account for when I expect to do it in 1-2 more moves. (Sorry for 1 star review)
