Giving this one star because it's seems like its just looking at the colors in a specimen I'm trying to id and randomly picking a crystal that has the same colors in it. I have a large tower that is dark green with a few lighter green spots, and black and gold swirls. So far it's told me it's Apache gold, crysoprase, emerald, amonzonite smokey quartz and moss agate. It's definitely not the last two. I'm glad I figured this out during the free trial so I didn't waste any money.

Just got the App. Not to happy that the free trial option didn't work so I had to get the trail offer. Seems to work OK, but I've barely used it, so I'll return with a better review. Cheers...

Absolutely useless! Every rock was either flint, quartz, or fossil. I started with rocks and crystals that I already knew to see how accurate it was. It wasn't accurate at all. The best was when it told me a mozarkite, a basic Missouri creek rock, was an opal. Kept my 3 day free trial for all of 45 minutes. Don't bother with this one.
