Somnox is a huggable companion for relaxation and security, both throughout the day as well as in the night. Somnox simulates a natural, tactile, breathing motion and guides you to peace in a comfortable way. This way your mind becomes quiet and it’s easier to fall (back) asleep.
Somnox helps you sleep better without the need for medication. The Somnox has been proven effective in relieving stress and anxiety, thereby improving the quality of your sleep. As a result, you’ll feel well-rested in the morning and energized throughout the day!

Set your personal preferences: change the breathing rate, ratio, intensity and duration on your Somnox for optimal sleep.
🧘🏽♀️- Breathing exercises
Breathe in, breathe out: do a breathing exercise during the day or at bedtime when you need to relax – choose from one of the pre-programmed breathing exercises or create your own.
📏- Activate Somnox Sense
When activated the Somnox measures your breathing with sensors and automatically adjusts to slow your breathing rate.
🎵- Soothing sounds
Choose your favorite soothing sounds: you can choose from any of the Somnox sounds, such as meditative music, nature sounds or noise.
▶️- Stream your own music
Stream your favorite music and sounds: such as meditations, breathing exercises, podcasts or audiobooks - directly via Bluetooth.
🌐- Receive updates for Somnox
Over-the-air updates: add new features to your Somnox by installing new updates via Wi-Fi.

App does not connect to robot. My bluetooth can detect and connect to the device but the app is unable to register the connection. Luckily I have an ipad and that app will connect just fine...

I would rate 5 star if the app support real time sleep monitoring (with heart rate data throughout the night) also accessible via Google Fit and Samsung health app. Since a lots of smart sleeping device can do these things , somnox robot should also be able too ! Overall great ui with little buggy software, I'll leave 3 star for now until you update with feature that I mentioned.

Started up ok but got a bit confused over the instructions . Download your somnox , but I thought I had? Not what I need to do, get confused . So not bothering. Others may have better luck.
