The app offers varied content, offers beginner meditations that explain well the methods to develop in this area, and keeps adding on to them. There are programs tackling different fields, such as sleep, social, anxiety, fitness,.. The audio is great as well, soothing, both background music as the guiding voice. The 10 min sessions make them very doable, and absolutely make my day go better.

This app is great at teaching you how to meditate and what different kinds of mediations there are and what purposes they serve. I also love the billing model. You can either get a subscription, or buy a set of meditations, or wait for a few days for next meditation to become available to you for free. I wanted to support the app so I bought one of the sets

This app has been wonderful. I am a domestic abuse survivor, and one thing my therapist suggested during my healing journey was meditation. This app has helped me feel more relaxed, confident, and emotionally healthy even now that therapy has successfully ended. It's easy to use, there are multiple sessions from sleep to weight management, and even the yearly subscription (optional) is well priced and worth the money. I highly recommend it!
