The FNB Banking App embraces the future of help and our new look and feel will do just that
Some features to look out for:

Simple straight-forward navigation – We’ve added bottom navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it.
Switch users easily – Multiple profiles? No problem! Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles located on the bottom navigation and then select “switch user”.
Introducing the Action Panel – Bringing your banking features front and center, like payments, transfers, my cards, and cash withdrawals.
Chat Pay – A revolutionary new feature called Chat Pay that allows you to pay any FNB customer via a simple chat, all within FNB’s secure ecosystem giving you peace of mind that the person you are paying has been verified and approved. It’s that simple.

What is Pay?
We have renamed Payments to Pay. This feature will provide you with access to categories within payments such as pay, receive, pay bills, payment settings, and payment history.

What is Secure Messaging?
Chat to other FNB/RMB customers securely on the App by granting access to your contact list. Features within Secure Messaging include Chat Pay, voice notes, attachments, share location, etc.

The app now looks like it was designed at kindergarten, it is so all over the place and clumsy. Then you have the location services having to be turned on for every transaction you do. Imagine buying airtime for 4 people and each time having to keep on turning the location of the phone on (and off). You are having us doing that on every single transaction that requires location services to be on. What a stupid, time wasting and inconsiderate change.

The app's new user interface is just bad and it is hard to find things now. Layout isn't clear or easy to follow anymore. Trying to buy something like electricity or airtime is a prime example of this new poor design. Logos, panels, etc. Everywhere. Feels like a mobile game with ads now (I don't think those are ads in this app but they look and feel like it) If mobile banking wasn't more convenient than going to the bank, I would have Uninstalled this thing.

very longwinded way of doing things. please make text bigger. the font is small, narrow and hard to read. (for people with bad eyesight) I've paid from wrong account before. as I have a few accounts. . I really dont enjoy the app. I moved from Standard bank, and their app works lekker.
