À propos de ce livre audio

Enjoy this short story by Hellen Heels.

Someone knocked on the door and said dinner was ready. Martha was planning on getting a tray but on the way, she and Sheela decided to sit down with their hosts, Trixie and Samantha. Dinner was delightful, and their hosts were just as good company as Sheela. Trixie immediately hit it up with Sheela and Martha found out Samantha was more like her.

Martha got a surprise when the two other guests joined them. They were guys and even though they were supposedly best friends from childhood, Martha had never seen two people so different. Adam was a jock. Almost seven feet tall. Martha immediately dubbed him King Kong. But when he started talking, it was easy to see that he was a pussy cat. Very athletically gifted, with none of the attitude that Martha was expecting.

Luke on the other hand, was a snob (for lack of a better word). She mostly talked to Adam and gave relatively curt replies when anyone else tried to chat him up. But he also exuded class and it was clear that he came from money. He made it clear that he would have preferred to stay in a five-star hotel, but Adam wanted an authentic tour experience. He was planning on majoring in businesses studies which Martha found typical.
