Jen Hatmaker and her husband, Brandon, pastor Austin New Church in Texas. They pioneered Restore Austin, connecting churches to local and global non-profits for the individual, collective, and social renewal of Austin and beyond. Jen is the author of many books and Bible studies, including Interrupted, 7, and Girl Talk.
Monique Makena lives in Washington, DC, where she has worked as an operative at the International Spy Museum and a docent at the Smithsonian. She enjoys Love Songs with Delilah, red wine, and her cockapoo, Snuggles. Her accents are acquired while people watching on the National Mall.
