Monica grew up in a family of seven children in the Clare Valley of South Australia and has 18 nieces and nephews who are her inspiration for many more Marcie Gill adventures to come. She and her Irish husband have been living between Australia and Ireland for thirty years. They currently live in Australia.
Melissa Eccleston has appeared in various theatre productions in Australia and Ireland. Television appearances include SeaChange, Blue Heelers and The Bill. Her film credits include Dead Letter Office and several short films in Melbourne and Dublin and voiceovers for television and radio. Melissa is a writer, singer and Celtic storyteller.
