If relationships like these, nurtured over decades, can flounder, how can any couple stay committed? Is it possible to truly know the ones we love—or even to predict where one's own path will lead?

Holly Chamberlin was born and raised in New York City. After earning a master's degree in English literature from New York University and working as an editor in the publishing industry for ten years, she moved to Boston, married, and became a freelance editor and writer. She and her husband now live in Portland, Maine.
Ceit M. Zweil is a professional actor, singer, and arts educator. In addition to her work on stage as a member of AEA, her performance work extends to voice-over and various independent music projects. She has also been a multimedia producer for multiple PBS Kids online properties.
