I'm truly embarrassed I bought this book, I hope no one else gets suckered into buying it. its a one hour sales pitch to buy the lumosity app. The preview includes all you need to know, and is just repeating over and over again for an hour and then there is filler of the 1 min intro repeated for another hour, and the author is insulting.
