If you overthink often and tend to stay stressed out, you need to read this. It teaches you ways to let go of stress, especially if it doesn’t necessarily concern you or should affect your life the way it does. It also teaches you how to look at things differently, how not everyone’s problems have to be yours, and you can easily stop overthinking with a variety of steps.

This audiobook is literally all about me. It was very hard to read some parts as the book goes into extreme detail about the thoughts and patterns of people who struggle with negative emotions. I had no idea I was so affected by these feelings until recently, when I started recognizing their impact on my daily life. Now I know why. And now it’s time to heal.
