Fantastic book,I felt the urge to read up more on Ayurveda and this definitely includes everything plus information on dishes and is very interesting, I'm not reading it traditionally back to front, nor a page a day if not dipping in and out, loving it.

This book gave me so many practices and routines which I have begun implementing. I think that every individual that is remotely interested in gaining reliable knowledge about Ayurveda should read this book, at least once. Then once again.
