About this audiobook

When best friends fall for the same girl, it takes a family to save the day.

MacTaggarts love to meddle. I learned that lesson long ago, but when my brother Jack sends me to a physical therapy clinic, I have no clue about his real motive. Until I meet my therapist. Kate Wagner is a bossy lass who wants to shrink my head while she rehabilitates my knee. I don’t care how sexy she is. The woman ordered me not to ride my Harley, and that's unacceptable.

I might have accidentally kissed her, but I cannae stand the woman. So when my British best friend, Hugh Parrish, sets his sights on Kate, I say fine. He can have the overbearing lass.

Callum MacTaggart gets under my skin like nobody else ever has. He's stubborn, sarcastic, and growls at me. Hugh Parrish has smooth talk down to an art, but I don't want him either. Maybe I'm starting to see another side of Callum, and maybe we share a few steamy moments. That means nothing.

Aye, Kate is bonnie, sensual, and clever. But we can never work out, especially since I swore to Hugh that I don't want her. Now the American wives of my brother and my cousins have decided to "help" me by meddling in my life.

Bloody hell.

The American Wives Club is the second multi-series crossover book uniting three bestselling worlds—Hot Scots, Hot Brits, and the Au Naturel Trilogy. Get ready for nudists, Wiccans, gypsies & more!

Amazing Story & Narration🎧 Entertaining & Delightful! ~ Anna Durand pens another wonderful romantic comedy and brings together characters from three of her hottest series, but if you are new to any of those series, no worries, this book stands on its own, everything you need to know about each character is in the descriptive details and you will never feel lost or like something is missing. And if you had the pleasure of enjoying any of those series, seeing those characters again is like seeing old friends. Callum MacTaggart has not been the same since the injury he sustained at his last fire rescue and he has been back to his job as a firefighter since. . His brother Jack thinks seeing a therapist will help him, physical therapy for his knee and psych therapy for his mindset. Callum is not happy about it but goes with it and meets his new therapist, Kate Wagner, an American. The two bonk heads right from the start, but Kate was expecting and is used to combative and stubborn patients. Kate needed a new start and to move as far away from her cheating ex-husband as she could and she is done with men. But her hot new patient is not only testing her patience but her libido too. And then there is his friend, Hugh Parrish, who keeps asking her out for a date, she lets him down nicely, but he is relentless because he always gets the girl. Loved the friendship between Hugh and Callum but do they really know each other and what happens when their friendship is tested and a girl gets in between them, it becomes a triangular mess that is what it becomes. And that is where the American Wives Club comes in, they team up, get their husbands to help and stage an intervention the MacTaggart way, shenanigans and all. I loved how everything played out in this book, the story is beautifully written and plotted with a perfect balance of drama, angst, humor and witty dialogue, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Anna Durand, thank you for another amazing story, the laughs and the emotional rollercoaster ride. ~ 🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Shane East, Stella Hunter and Zachary Webber are the perfect narrators to bring these characters and their story to life. They have a complete understanding of the characters they portray, giving each a voice that suits each character to a tee, accent and all, sounding believable and just as I picture the characters to sound. They set the perfect tone for the story, handled the witty dialogue with ease, landing the humor effortlessly. You could hear how much heart and feelings they put into their work as they captured the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their narration enhances an already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another exceptional listen!
