The branch of the ethics of technology that is concerned specifically with artificially intelligent systems is known as the ethics of artificial intelligence (AI Ethics). It is sometimes separated into a concern with the moral behavior of people as they design, manufacture, use, and handle artificially intelligent systems, and a concern with the behavior of machines, which is known as machine ethics.
