I listened to the audio book for this title which came across more like an advertisement for an upcoming movie or important sporting event. Granted, there were some interesting facts sprinkled among the hype, but overall it felt like too much of the book was taken up with telling me what it was going to be telling me rather than just getting on with it.

blackbeard was an interesting book to listen to. The reader voice was nice to listen to. I enjoyed the audio. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
