Helped me in dealing with my stage fright and anxiety. The struggle is real especially when your career involves presenting to crowds. When it comes to stage fright, a shy person will freak out when they have to present to more than one person. Just being the center of attention makes us nervous and sweaty. You have to stop doubting yourself and practice confidence seriously if you want to be free from the social anxiety and not knowing what to do in awkward social situations. Amazing book.
