When Garth, an accomplished diver, shows an interest in her, Beverly is ecstatic, until it turns out Garth is only interested in one thing. Pam Withers is the author of numerous sports and adventure books for teens, including several titles in the Orca Currents line. She is a three-time Ontario Library Association Red Maple Award nominee and two-time Silver Nautilus Book Award winner. Pam is a former outdoor guide and editor. She lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
