Really enjoyed this book. It explains the background and value of the 5:2 diet. Simple explanation of how to do it. (Harder to do it than explain it, I would guess.) A few recipes that look interesting. I’m going to try it. Note that I am reviewing the book — not the diet. What I read made sense. It may work for some and not others. You’ll learn what you need to know about the diet from this book. Recommend.

This is the guide for fasting I have been looking for, This type of intermittent fasting plan may be a good option for beginners. This is because the fasting window is relatively small, much of the fasting occurs during sleep, and the person can consume the same number of calories each day. Try out this volume.
