Author Chris Nickson has made a living as a writer since 1994. Much of his work has been music journalism, combining his twin passions of music and writing, specialising in world and roots music. His reviews and features are published in print and online, notably with Roots, Sing Out!, emusic.com, and allmusic.com. He's also the author of The NPR Casual Listener's Guide to World Music. Chris has also published 28 other non-fiction books and has had a pair of one-act plays staged in Seattle.
Lorelei King is an actress who has appeared in films such as 'Notting Hill', 'The Saint' and 'House of Mirth'. She has played regular and recurring characters in popular British television shows such as Chef, Cold Feet, and Emmerdale. A multi-award-winning narrator, she has recorded over 200 audio books, and - once described as 'the best known American voice on Radio 4' - Lorelei has also recorded more than 200 programmes for the BBC.
