Is it possible to subsidize fossil fuels on the one hand, while at the same time claiming to be committed to the fight against global warming? Is it possible to promote free trade treaties throughout the world while claiming that CO2 emissions must be reduced? Lepage mission for the economic transition at the ministry of ecology. He is the author of Le Mirage du gaz de schiste (Max Milo, 2013). Henri Landes, Franco-American, is a lecturer at Sciences Po and co-founder of the climates association, of which he was president.
