Who are you?
Are you a soul?
Are you a body?
You are a soul, but you are not a body. Your soul dwells in your human body.
The body takes birth from the mother’s womb. Then it will go through the different stages of life- childhood, boyhood, youth and an old age. It is a perishable and eventually dies with time.
However, the soul never takes birth from the mother’s womb. It has no stages of life. It is an imperishable; it is an absolute and eternity. It never dies, but it changes its form from one body to another when the body dies.
If a man dies, it doesn’t mean that he dies literally, his only body dies, but not his soul. His soul travels into another body. And this changing process of soul is continuously proceeding further and further.
Therefore, don’t grieve for the death body.
