Leo W. Banks graduated from Boston College and earned a master's degree from the University of Arizona, where he later taught writing. He has written four books of Old West history for Arizona Highways publishing and cowrote a book about the Grand Canyon. Today, Banks writes a column for True West magazine.

Shawn Compton is a professional voice actor and audiobook narrator. He is also a seventeen-year veteran of the Air Force, and has a strong creative background from which to draw inspiration for his narration.
