Exaholics.is a great listen for those struggling to understand why they can't stop thinking about an ex. It shares the psychology behind the difficulty and makes you understand why you do what you do. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby, LMFT, BCC, holds a PhD in counseling psychology and is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She is also a board-certified life coach based in Colorado.
