best 20 bucks i have ever spent in 32 years. i normally also won't review but this book is beyond praise. it is. beautiful. listened hundreds of times in the background.. foreground... love.

I have struggled for years with my mental health, I had an eating disorder and leading on from that depression, anxiety, self esteem issues and drug addictions. I am only 10% into this audio book and have already made some realisations about my thinking thanks to this audio book. I can't wait to get through the full thing.
