About this audiobook

This struggle is called toxic insecurity and it reflects the deep polarization we have in our relationships and overall culture.

This division has historically been the result of unaddressed relational trauma. Fortunately, what is emerging is a new understanding of a spiritual path that has been hidden from us until now. Relational spirituality allows us to shift our focus to a more conscious approach to dating and relationships based on our connection with spirit or the Universe. It gives us a framework to better understand a healing journey and hope that clearing relational trauma will help us lead a more peaceful and loving life.

This is a great book for anyone struggling with insecurities. I especially love chapter two, which discusses defining success for yourself. The author states, "Many people go through life throwing their own pity parties because they measure success by comparing themselves to others." It's a truly beautiful, must-have book.

I just finished listening cover to cover in one session (downloaded Kindle with optional audible purchased). I plan to do the same again as I believe there are many hidden gems my mind did not pick up on. I am seeking personal growth as my wife and I are not currently speaking, though we live under the same roof. This reading has informed me that I have much to contemplate. This is a must read for any dealing with insecurities.

This book is a good, informative and quick read. Everyone, or nearly everyone, has insecurities and this book gives plenty of useful ideas for eliminating them. The most important tip in this book is to take action. If you change nothing, nothing will change. The writing style is very brief and to the point, covering a wide variety of reasons for feeling negative and potential fixes to them. Great reference.
