About this audiobook

This is a 3-book bundle, which addresses various subtopics, including but not limited to these:

Book 1: What it takes to be more mindful in your life is simple yet complex. One thing you should do, is focus becoming more that way, but it will not suffice unless you use the mindset and techniques that stimulate such thinking patterns.

In this book, you will be shown those methods, those ways in which you can reset your brain and stay away from negativity, depression, anxiety, stress at your job, or dealing with your busy schedule in more effective ways. Some background information will be provided, as well as thoughts and tips to consider.

Book 2: One of the ways in which we can reduce stress and anxiety, is through being more present in the moment. We often let our thoughts wander (not always a bad thing) and our focus deteriorate by the many distractions we face today.

We will touch on mindfulness through certain music, show you how mindful activities and thoughts can improve your relationships and your brain activity, and talk about the ethics and underlying ideas of mindful practices. This way, you can get a better understanding of what you are trying to accomplish and how to do that.

Book 3: The neuroscience of mindfulness stretches far beyond our imagination. Still, I, the author, will make an attempt to show you bits and pieces of its significance, effectiveness, and usefulness.

Involved in such mindful activities are the correct breathing techniques, tips on improving your psychological focus, eliminate distractions, and the general thought of why so many people have become victims of their own little worlds.

What matters most, however, is how you can escape the evil clutches of these times and become your own being. Read more to find out how!

If I would have to summarize it, it would be in just one term: Awesome! I had the ability to comprehend everything plainly, not just because the narrator pronounced words properly, but also because the info in it contained new things to be learned. I've observed that certain books are basically garbage, and that grieves me. However, this particular book didn't follow that trend. It's actually truly good. So, I love it.

It's so good that my sister gave it 5 stars too. Dear audiobook fans, I hope you see this message. I want you to realize that this is an impressive audiobook. I am trying to point out one thing negative about this book, but I can't. It's just way too good. So without further exaggeration, I just think everyone must think about listening to it.
