Fabio Petroni is a photographer who works with advertising agencies and has created numerous campaigns for prestigious internationally known companies. His books include Cocktails, Tea Sommelier, Beer Sommelier, Why We Love Beer, and Wine Sommelier, as well as many titles on plants and animals.

Pietro Fontana is a beer entrepreneur who founded the renowned microbrewery Piccolo Opificio Brassicolo Carrobiolo. As of today, Fontana distributes twenty different types of beer from his microbrewery's headquarters in Monza, Italy.

Giovanni Ruggieri is researcher and adjunct professor of applied economics at the University of Palermo, visiting professor at Malaga University, lecturer in Wien, Leads, Pecs. He is the author of several articles on tourism. He is President of the Observatory on Tourism for Islands Economy.

Jonathan Yen was inspired by the Golden Age of Radio, and he's carried that inspiration through to commercial work, voice acting, and stage productions. From vintage Howard Fast science fiction to naturalist Paul Rosolie's true adventures in the Amazon, Jonathan loves to tell a good story.
