About this audiobook

Just like Rapunzel from the fairy tales, dreamy, romantic Amy lives a hidden life. She's kept locked away in a tower for her own safety, with her sister as protector. Amy knows it's for her own good. If a dragon catches her scent, she'll be carried away and forced to become a drakoni's mate. But Amy has a secret-she desperately wants to be stolen. She would love to be rescued from her life of idleness and the thought of a devoted drakoni male charging in and saving her from her boredom sounds perfect to her. Of course, she wants a romantic, loving male who will adore her. What she gets is Rast. He's not kind. Not romantic. Definitely not gentle. But he is utterly and completely obsessed with Amy and he'll stop at nothing to make the delicate female his. Contains mature themes.

This is an amazing story. I love how Amy went for what she truly wanted. It may not have happened exactly as she thought it would but I love her gumption. The extra world building in this one was beautifully done. I really enjoyed watching these two work and bloom together. This has to be one of the sweetest ones that I have read. I absolutely love the female empowerment that comes through Amy. Truly a wonderful story.

About the author

Ruby Dixon is the secret pen name of a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author. As Ruby, she writes about sexy barbarian aliens, grumpy shifters, and domineering bikers.

Noelle Bridges began her theater career in Seattle, Washington, before moving to Los Angeles to study theater and music. She is now a working actress and voice-over artist and has been featured in numerous animated series, video games, and national commercials.

A native of New Orleans, Jeremy York grew up playing music and singing long into the early morning. When a multi-band tour spirited him from the French Quarter across the country, he knew that he'd found home when he arrived in Venice, California. Always after a good story, he put his voice to work narrating audiobooks.
